So you have to develop into a leader of value.  You have to develop skill sets that make you a valuable person.  By doing that you will literally attract people who will be you to join your company.  Why?  Because if you develop you correctly, they will have it in their mind that the key to success in MLM you hold.  They will have in their mind that you can help them succeed.  But for that to get in their mind you do have to become a person who can help them succeed.  If you do that, you can recruit at will.
