I’d like to welcome you to my website.  My name is Ernesto Baluyot. 

I have been in the home based business arena for 6 years now.  And strange as it may seem, I actually succeeded in my first MLM company.

I became one of the top-level managers in the company.  I earned large bonuses, I won company paid cruises, trips, bonus cars.  And most importantly I was able to quit my job.  That was the goal and I had accomplished it.

I had a wife and 2 kids at the time, 4 kids total now, and that goal of leaving my job was because I wanted to spend more time with them.

I built that organization largely on my efforts by using a lot of cold calling methods and buying leads.  So I do have experience and success in that area.

But the reason I left the company was because I could not see my downline duplicate.  I really felt bad for all the people I saw join the business who could not do what I was doing.  People just weren’t comfortable making calls and selling the product or opportunity.

So as I saw my success happen with very little duplication, I couldn’t do it anymore.  I couldn’t recruit another person with those methods since I knew most people would fail.  I didn’t want my business and my money earned off of the backs of others who were failing.

I actually left the industry for awhile.  But I was drawn back to Network Marketing because I knew the power in it and the ability to create a ridiculous income from home.  But I wanted to find a way that would allow a greater chance for the average person who didn’t want to be a salesman make it in this industry.

So I began a search.  A search that would lead me through many companies trying to find a system I could use and also my downline could use.

I knew people couldn’t duplicate the cold calling or buying leads method.

I also knew I didn’t want to build using the friends and family or home parties methods.

So what was I left with?  Thankfully I learned the methods of the funded proposal and attraction marketing.

Using those methods, I never had to rely on buying expensive leads, or recruiting friends and family.

It was a method that would generate an income while I was prospecting whether or not that prospect joined my business.

It was a method that used the most powerful marketing medium, direct response advertising to get my opportunity in front of people who were highly responsive with credit card in hand.

And most importantly, it was a method that was truly duplicatable because it was a method that truly did all of the preselling for you.

By eliminating most of the sales process from my dowlines responsibility, my team was able to recruit at will.

Now my goal, and the goal of this website is to introduce and teach these methods to as many people as possible.

There are millions of people that need a way to make extra money or want financial freedom.  And there are millions that want to build it through MLM Network Marketing but don’t know how.

I want to be able to provide the "how" to as many people as possible.
